“I loved everything about the hotel from the staff to the location to the room rize - highly recommend staying here. Room size - For two travellers its perfect there is space for luggage and carry ons as well as a big bathroom the room was clean when we got there and always got fresh towels everyday. The location - this location is perfect for those that are looking for something quiet and not chaotic and it is only a 5 minute walk to the statiom the line has access to all the main spots in tokyo which is super conveninent. The staff - there are not enough words to describe how the great the reception team are - they are so friendly, helpful and overall amazing - my sim for me and fellow traveller were not working and the team tried for over 40 minutes to help solve the issue - something they did not need to do but I appreciate them for going out of the way to help me.”
