“The room itself was really nice, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view was lovely, and I especially liked the seat by the window, which became my favorite spot in the room. The location was also convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Dori. The main issue was the room temperature and the room transfer process. My first room was very warm despite the air conditioner being on, and I started getting a headache. When I requested to move, the process felt a bit uncoordinated. I had to bring all my luggage down, but the new room was actually on the same floor and was still being cleaned when I arrived. It also delayed my itinerary for the day. I also think elevator security could be improved, as it seemed accessible even without tapping a room keycard.”
