“One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful pool area, which offers breathtaking views overlooking the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious local and international dishes. The quality and variety exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. However, communication could occasionally be challenging, as many employees had limited English proficiency (maybe because the majority of the guests were Japanese). While everyone tried their best to help, improving English language skills would further enhance the guest experience. The fitness center was poor equipment and needed an update. The only notable drawback was the size of the rooms. Although they were clean and well maintained, they felt rather small and offered limited space compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, this hotel combines excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, beautiful city views, and attentive service. Despite a few minor shortcomings, we had a wonderful experience.”
