“The bed was super comfortable and I liked the desk space, the provided toiletries and pajamas, and the kind staff. In the rooms and bath, it’s clear the shower heads are new, so I appreciated that too. I really loved floor 12, where they have paid and free refreshments and a paid massage chair! There’s also a nice view so you could sit and relax. I noticed stains near my bed and on the walls. They weren’t SUPER obvious but the darker ones made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, I understand that if the room is older, permanent stains can’t be helped. The specific room I chose was a bit cramped, if you have larger than a carry on suitcase, it’ll be hard to unpack without putting your luggage on the bed. For breakfast, it’s no good if you are in a hurry. It’s select items from a Komeda’s coffee. The line and size of the restaurant might prevent you from eating there. Also the breakfast isn’t anything special, a large price of bread, and a choice of egg salad, anko spread, or a boiled egg. I believe a small salad can be added on.”
