“We stayed here for three nights. This hotel was the nicest we stayed at while in Japan. Loved the spacious shower and high water pressure (all the shower heads in Japan offered very powerful water sprays!) as well as the rainfall shower head. Beds were very comfortable and room was new, clean and spacious with a nice couch to sit on. Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly, and they spoke English well. Appreciated the towel replacement service every day. Downstairs lobby was very inviting with a great selection of amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of western and Japanese food. The hotel location is central and a short walk to convenient stores, restaurants, a grocery store (Don Quixote), and within a 10 minute walk to a train station. The Nagoya train station to get on the Shinkansen was only about 10 minutes away by Uber. We loved this hotel. Nothing - everything was excellent.”
