“Positive: The hotel was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The room honestly felt more like a 4–5 star hotel rather than a 3-star hotel. Everything was prepared perfectly from A to Z: toothbrushes, cotton swabs, tissues, shampoo, body soap, towels, slippers, TV, and many useful amenities. The onsen and bathroom areas were also very clean and relaxing. The free coffee machine was a very nice touch and highly appreciated. Breakfast also had many different Japanese items and a good variety for people who enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine. Negative: The main negative point is the location because transportation can become difficult and expensive without a taxi or car. Another point is that the breakfast and food section could improve more for international tourists. English explanations were very limited, which can be difficult for travelers. It would also be great to add more international breakfast options such as eggs, cheese, sausages, and some Mediterranean or European-style choices. Adding more coffee and Nescafé varieties that are popular among European, Mediterranean, and Armenian travelers would also improve the experience for international guests. These comments are only meant as helpful feedback because overall the hotel experience was very good.”
