“We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect - so convenient for exploring the city yet peaceful when we wanted to relax. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. A special thank you to Mariko at reception, who helped us with our luggage transfer and went out of her way to be kind, attentive, and helpful - her warmth made us feel instantly at home. We also want to thank the wonderful gentleman at breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was a highlight of our stay. The delicious dishes, fresh pastries, and beautifully presented plates were unforgettable, but it was his friendliness and care that made it even more memorable. We still miss those breakfasts! This was an amazing stay all around: the hotel, the people, the food, and the atmosphere. Thank you so much for making our time in Kyoto so special. We can’t wait to come back.”
