“This hotel feels very luxurious and high end, with large, comfortable beds and a very high quality shower. From the moment you walk in, you’re swept away into a comfortable oasis. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer to have one full day to relax in the hotel itself. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me during my stay, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their hospitality. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend you enjoy the free drinks in the lounge in the afternoon and take advantage of the private spa while you stay. In a busy city like Kyoto, this hotel felt like the calm I needed. I appreciate that there is a small pastry and coffee service offered by the hotel for breakfast, but I do wish there was something more substantial as an option. When I recall booking the hotel, there were photographs of a more traditional style breakfast present, and to this day there is a tab on their website stating that breakfast would be brought to our room to enjoy each morning, but that was not an option during my stay. All in all though, I’d still highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto!!”
