“Look no further — this is the hotel you need. This is a truly excellent hotel with a well-equipped room, fast internet, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom also met all our expectations. The room was perfectly sufficient for two people and our luggage. There was also a very comfortable chair with a footrest, which was a really nice extra feature. The location of the hotel is fantastic: the station is nearby, the beautiful Bikan Historical Quarter is even closer, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. But most importantly, I would like to highlight the staff. They were extremely professional, exceptionally kind, and incredibly helpful. They handled the forwarding of our luggage completely for us and patiently answered all of our silly questions. They supported us in every possible way. When we left, we accidentally forgot our umbrella at the reception. It may not have had great financial value, but it had great sentimental value for us. The lady who helped us with sending our luggage noticed it and ran after us to return it. We are indescribably grateful to her, and we always will be. She has our deepest respect, and so does the entire hotel staff. This was an outstanding experience, and we would gladly stay here again.”
