“The onsen is nice, especially the outdoor pool. When we arrived, the third bed we needed, booked and paid for, was not ready and they then proceeded to tell us we need to pay more for it even though we showed them our booking and what we paid. We also booked a non-smoking room, but got a floor and room that distinctly smelled like smoke they tried to clean (16th floor). We ran the air purifier, which makes a sound hoping to at least breathe clean air. Switching on the tv we realized the max volume is 20 and we cannot hear anything. Enquiring about these issues resulted in 'this is hotel policy' and 'there's nothing we can do'. In addition, the AC did not work properly. Even though we reduced it to 18°C, the temperature in the room never dropped below 23°C (I measured it). Definitely not what we expect from a Sheraton hotel. Very disappointed.”
