“The over-all feel of Karuizawa Prince West is what made me decide to bring my family this June. The first time was in mid-November when I was able to experience the beautiful Autumn scenery that the resort had to offer. A huge resort hotel and convenience at your doorsteps as they have a free shuttle bus that whisks you around the whole Seibu properties. Our room was quiet and relaxing. Although it took a long walk from the reception desk to our room as the property was huge. The Onsen was also a welcome bonus and very clean with luxurious resort-like ambiance. Staff has been quite accommodating. My kids tried their open tennis court at the end of spring/early summer and the temperature was cool enough that they enjoyed their experience. Restaurants inside the hotel are very pricey but there is a convenience store inside the resort for snacks. The Outlet Mall with a variety of selection of food choices is a also good alternative.”
