“We had a wonderful stay at Hatago Inn. The staff were super friendly and helped us immensely. We just finished off a 3 month cycle tour through Japan and needed to deep clean our bikes to fly to Australia. They had buckets, hose and scrubbing brush. They had also accepted some packages that we required for packing too which was super helpful. They were able to call the taxi service and explain we needed a taxi big enough for our bike boxes. A huge thank you to all the staff. The room we had was much bigger than most hotels we stayed in. Very quiet and comfortable. All though we were not fans of the pillows. Breakfast was okay. Onsen was great and location of the hotel to shops and restaurants was excellent. Also a wonderful running/walking track by the water which was very close. Definitely recommend a stay here Pillows”
