“I have stayed in other facilities in the area which were very good, so I was disappointed in Miyashitaya. I was under the impression that the price included breakfast but it did not. There were no full sized bath towels provided, just the little Japanese onsen towel which is difficult to dry off with. There was no hair dryer in the public area to use.The room heaters are kerosene so you can't sleep with them on. In the cold months the rooms get extremely cold at night. It is close to the ski resort but we weren't there to ski so that was not a benefit to us.”
