“Breakfast is not a super fancy spread but its yummy. The coffee from the coffee machine is one of the best I had in awhile, drink it with their special ceramic cup makes it extra good. The hotel staffs are very friendly, greets you whenever they see you. Rooms are clean, although it was stated they don't do cleaning on a daily basis, but they will empty your trash from the bins in the room. So it is good enough for us. Toilet is big, clean and spacious. Room is big as well, good for family. Location wise it is directly behind the Hakata Canal City, its only like a 5-7 minutes walk as you have to walk towards a connecting bridge a short walk away. Surrounded with lots of food choice, the various yatais are all within walking range. It is around 1km distance to a shopping area with Supreme, Human Made etc. Plenty of things to do around the hotel. The bed was kind of sunken in the middle, so was not the most comfortable one to sleep in. The pillows are decent, but on a thinner side as with most Japanese pillows during our entire stay in the Kyushu region.”
