“This is a lovely hotel and was one of the nicest we have stayed in while in japan. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked. We stayed for only one night so I didn't get to use all the spa facilities but they looked great. It's the perfect hotel for couples to relax in. The hotel was in a good location to se all the tourist attractions and the train station was only a couple of minutes away”
