“Good location to enjoy Lake Motosu and greenery around the hotel. Hotel staff were helpful. This was my second time in this hotel. But I clearly noticed significant decrease in the quality of the stay: Cleanliness really average: The first floor's rooms smell of strong mold and i had to request to change to upper floor. Staff helped me with that which is appreciated. Rooms are not very clean. Food below average. If staying for two nights you will be having same menu for breakfast and diner. They receive a lot of buses of Chinese and Asian tourist, which makes the stay, uncomfortable and always nosy.”
