“If you DON’T DRIVE, DON’T book this. Booking.com showed the property to be very near the train station. Googlemaps too. NOT! It is a 30 minutes walk through a quiet road passing by a golf driving range and a driving school park. I arrived late at night about 10pm and I couldn’t find the hotel near the train station and so entered the address into Googlemaps. To my horror it was a 30 minute walk away. I walked into a dark road and decided to turn back. Luckily I managed to to flag a taxi which brought me to the hotel. At check in the staff could not speak a word of English and so we had to use translation apps to communicate. It was most frustrating. The room itself was clean but the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I woke up the next morning with a neck ache. The aircon/heater was a bit noisy. The next day I had to walk through that 30 minutes way again as I couldn’t get a taxi in the day nor at night when I returned from the flower park. There were no other form of public transportation and no bicycle rental. For other guests who drove they had no problems like I did. So I stayed only 2 nights when I booked 3. I didn’t want to walk that long road again. The next day was raining and the staff managed to call for a taxi for me to go to the train station. What a difficult stay this was. I hope booking.com will correct the location. The price was good only if you drive. There was parking on site. The location was far from public transportation.”
