“What I liked about Jerash Hotel was the exceptional service and the unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, Khalid, the manager, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond by upgrading our room. The view from our room was simply amazing—you could see the ancient ruins right from the window, and it was such a magical experience to wake up to that every morning. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the ruins, as it’s just a 5 to 7-minute walk away, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel is close to all the essential amenities, with a supermarket less than a 2-minute walk away, which was great for picking up snacks or any last-minute items. The staff at Jerash Hotel were top-notch—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I do wish I had stayed a couple of days longer to fully take in the beauty of the area. Jerash is such a fascinating place, and this hotel is the perfect base for exploring it. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting! What I didn’t like: The only downside was that I had to leave after just one night. I really wish I could have stayed for a few more days to fully enjoy everything Jerash and the hotel had to offer.”
