“It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one. That was definitely a nice upgrade. Due to the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled. As a result, I asked if it would be possible to cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and was finally able to leave the country. Instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a credit of 25 JOD to use in the hotel’s restaurant/bar. I found this to be very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture. I think the cleanliness should be checked a bit more carefully before the rooms are assigned to guests. Other than that, everything was fine, but a little more attention to detail in this area would improve the overall experience.”
