“My wife and I stayed at S Hotel Montego Bay for a birthday vacation, and it exceeded every expectation. This was, without question, one of the best vacations we've ever taken. From the moment we arrived, everything was first class. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were pleasantly surprised with and upgrade from our original room to a beautiful ocean-view room with a balcony. Waking up to that view every morning made an already amazing trip even better. The hotel itself is stunning. It's smaller than many all-inclusive resorts, but that's exactly what we loved about it. it never felt crowded, and the atmosphere was relaxed, upscale, and geared toward adults looking to unwind. Whether people were enjoying cocktails by the pool, signing karaoke, or simply relaxing, the vibe was fun without ever feeling chaotic. The food and drinks were outstanding. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was excellent, with plenty of variety and quality. The all-inclusive beverages were top-notch, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. The staff was constantly cleaning the property, and everything looked immaculate throughout our stay. You could tell the take great pride in maintaining the hotel. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless, making the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Even the minor travel hiccups we encountered outside the hotel didn't take away from what turned out to be an incredible vacation. If you're looking for a luxury all-inclusive resort with exceptional service, beautiful views, amazing food, and more intimate atmosphere, I can't recommend S Hotel Montego Bay enough. My wife and I are already talking about coming back.”
