“It was so disappointing and uncomfortable we had to leave and book a hotel. We paid extra for a junior suite as we were on our Anniversary trip but we were really disappointed as the room was nothing like the pictures. The room was dingy and quite small, the bathroom was mouldy and tiny, and the view from the balcony was of two brick walls which they hid with a curtain in the pictures. Also the bed was so uncomfortable after two nights we both had a bad back. When we checked out a day early we tried to explain why we weren't happy and he just said "it's not important". He refused to give a refund which perhaps isn't surprising but what a shame a man of his age and in his position didn't have the emotional intelligence or customer service skills to apologize for the way we were feeling. I strongly recommend you book a 4 star hotel rather than this place for the same price.”
