“Outstanding...the owner (Sr. Matteo) prepared all the pastries and bread each morning. Coffee drinks prepared by staff well versed in Barista service. The excellent staff was/is a direct reflection of the owners pride and dedication to giving patrons the best experience he/they can offer. I cannot stress enough how personalized our stay felt. The balcony/deck overlooks the canal & Rialto Bridge and is one of the few balconies on the canal to enjoy breakfast, coffee and drinks throughout the day. That we didn't have longer to stay. The experience was outstanding. Pro tip...we took a personal water taxi from the hotel to the airport and would have taken one there (Airport to Hotel) if we were to do it all over again. Personal water taxis more economical for 4-6 people than waterbus.”
