“A very nice hotel with a great location. The area is quiet, comfortable, and easy to get around. There is an excellent restaurant nearby, which was a big plus. Overall, everything was great, and I had a very enjoyable stay. One area for improvement would be the reception service. At times, the staff appeared quite busy, with only one person covering the front desk for two hotels, which led to longer waiting times. After a long trip, I would have appreciated a more balanced approach to assisting guests, as it sometimes felt that certain guests were being prioritized over others. This slightly affected the overall arrival experience. That said, the staff remained professional and courteous throughout my stay.”
