“The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food and a beautiful view. Our room was quite spacious, and the balcony was a great bonus. The hotel also has a fairly large parking area, which is convenient if you are arriving by car. The hotel is located very high up on a mountain, and it takes around ten minutes to drive up to it by car. There is nothing nearby, so the location is not very convenient unless you have a car. The layout of the hotel is extremely confusing, and it is easy to get lost inside. Our room was spacious, but not very functional, and it was missing some basic amenities you might expect from a hotel of this level, such as slippers or a shower cap. The biggest downside was the service. The staff were not particularly friendly and were often absent from the reception desk. When we asked them to call a taxi, they did not update us or call back to the room, so we had to go back to reception ourselves to check whether the taxi was coming. Overall, the service felt disorganized and not very attentive. Our friends stayed in another room and said it was very small, with barely enough space to open their suitcases.”
