“This was the first time we had visited Sorrento and we were very happy that we picked the Bellevue. This is a beautiful - and unusual - hotel. Located right on the side of the cliff, the spacious rooms were stunning. We stayed in a junior suite which looked as if it had been refurbished the day before we arrived. We had two beautiful balconies, both overlooking the sea and Vesuvius. The room was enormous and fantastically fitted out. Anything we needed was promptly attended to. We ate in the restaurant on two of the evenings and both food and drinks were excellent. The food is particularly standout, with a great menu and clearly a very talented chef. We loved Sorrento as a city and will definitely return. When we do, we will certainly return to the Bellevue as it is perfectly located for exploring. It is minutes from the centre of the city, close to the harbour and to many great restaurants. Thanks to the team for looking after us so well - including an impeccably organised motor boat to our next destination.”
