“The location is excellent. The hotel is clean, very modern and kept in very good conditions. The 5 course evening meal was a gourmet delight, especially for those without any dietary restrictions. Jasmine, our waitress in the restaurant, was extremely helpful and friendly. Alex and his colleague at the reception were always ever so helpful. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that when we go to the restaurant, we can sit either outside or inside and that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. So, on the 1st evening we went down stairs, with our dog, and sat outside. Nobody came outside, so my husband went inside to find out if its ok to be served for our dinner outside as noted by the receptions. To his surprise, he was met with an annoyed, unpleasant called Alin. His behaviour could be described as arrogant, abrupt with unnecessary sarcasm - "will you also be eating outside when it is raining?". The other members of staff were very kind and friendly. We paid for the hotel via booking but we had to pay extra for the dog, the drinks (we don't drink alcohol. So, 4 cokes, 1 coffee and 3 sparkling waters over the 4 nights we were there) and city tax. The total bill for extras was 230 euros. So I guess the cost for a dog was between 30- 40 euros per night. Most other hotels it is around 10 euros. Perhaps something to be aware of when booking,”
