“Elena was very helpful both pre arrival and during our stay. The apartment is great and the facilities very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family and would defo book again. The bus drop off to either egg in the mornings was great for getting on the slopes The free bus pass to use for returns and to elsewhere was a good addition although we didn't use this. Instead we skied at the end of the day to the end of the nursery slope and the walk back took 8 minutes (with a handy bar as you came off the slopes if needed or inclined!) The supermarket, restaurants and bars were all in easy walking distance. Furniture was comfy and the whole place very clean. I used the small gym area every day and whilst basic served the purpose. Spa was fab 😊 nothing was in the ‘didn't like’ category, the facilities, location and staff were all great. If the great experience could have been even better I would have loved some free weights in the gym and the incline on the treadmill doesn’t work.”
