“After 12 days of staying at the Cyrano Hotel during the Christmas holidays, I can with absolute certainty refute any negative comments, as our experience was excellent from the first to the last moment: the receptionist Valentina stood out for her kindness, professionalism and constant willingness to help us, while the manager Markos was always present, personally making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we felt comfortable and welcome. In addition, all the hotel staff were smiling and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious every day, with very good coffee and delicious pastries, our room was always warm, spotlessly clean and well-kept, with plenty of hot water at any time of the day and the 24-hour reception provided security and prompt service 24 hours a day. Also, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it is very close to the Saronno train station (we took the train to Milan), as well as the fact that it has underground parking, which was very convenient for us. This is a hotel that respects the customer and proves in practice that it deserves every positive review. It goes without saying that at the first opportunity we will visit it again and we hope it will be soon! Thank you for everything!”
