“Excellent location, walking distance to di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and not far from Vatican City. Boutique hotel with 12 rooms between superior and suites. We were reserved on a superior room, and were very lucky that the manager upgraded us to a suite for the 2 nights. Beautiful room with shower. Breakfast is included and it’s served on a nice terrace on the top floor. Mon is the attendant and his customer service skills are fantastic. He knew what we wanted and as soon as we arrived, he started preparing our favorite coffee. The manager and assistants are very professional and caring. On departure day, we were leaving very early and met the night assistance and also very helpful and professional. This hotel is highly recommended. The only thing that was not liked is that the superior rooms have a very high bathtub that can be a little difficult to get in. Next time, a suite will be reserved.”
