“The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of Rome's city center, providing a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several issues. The rooms have very poor soundproofing, making it easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. It was noisy both late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and provided very little support. Anyone with back problems or who values a comfortable mattress may want to consider other options. Another disappointment was that the air conditioning was not available despite the warm spring weather, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times. The rooms themselves also feel outdated and could benefit from renovation and modernization. Overall, the property has significant room for improvement in terms of comfort and guest experience.”
