“First, you can't possibly get a better location in the historic center of Rome. Unassuming from the exterior, once you step inside, you are greeted by the staff in what resembles a brightly lit art gallery. In fact, both the central spaces and each apartment have their own specific sculptures, wall ornaments and paintings. Our apartment was spacious, with easy elevator access and every component from bedroom linens to kitchen appliances was top notch. The apartment was very quiet and the morning pastry service was a nice touch. the small rooftop terrace made for a nice place to reflect on the day over a nice glass of sparkling wine or spritz. All of the staff are amazing, especially the 24 hour concierges. No request was too trivial and their suggestions were always excellent. We will be back! The only extremely minor issue was that the television was not setup correctly and required a (very fast) visit from their staff. I missed that there was no way to play music over the room TV, but that was it for dislikes.”
