“We were very impressed with how clean the room was throughout our stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly at check-in. One of the staff members who assisted us was quite rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions, which did not make us feel welcome. We were then taken to a room that was not located in the main hotel building. To access it, we had to unlock several different doors, which felt inconvenient and unexpected. The biggest disappointment was that the room looked nothing like the one we had booked. While it did have the advertised amenities, such as two beds and a private bathroom, the appearance and overall feel were completely different from the photos shown online. Because our room was located in a separate building, the Wi-Fi signal barely reached us and was essentially unusable during our stay. Overall, we felt that the room and experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.”
