“The only two positive aspects were the location and the front desk staff. However, we had problems with the room, which was not clean when we arrived (we checked in at night, and the hotel staff were aware of our arrival time). Before entering the room, we noticed that it was still dirty and contained belongings left behind by the previous guests. The hotel staff offered us two options: wait 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned or receive a refund and cancel the reservation. It was already 10:40 PM, and looking for another hotel at that hour while carrying our luggage was not something we were willing to do. In the end, we chose to wait for the room to be cleaned and stay at the hotel.
