“The staff of the hotel were very helpful and kind. They proposed solutions to questions and helped in getting taxis, printing, buying tickets for tourist attractions, etc. In terms of location, the hotel is not in Roma city center; the internet was pretty bad so if you’re coming in a business trip (as I was) this will be a major challenge; the hotel premises and rooms require a major update. Furniture looks massively outdated; the service hours for the bar and restaurant are pretty limited, so you will need to go outside to get anything; there is not a single table to work at the bar, making it uncomfortable for that; lastly, in terms of value for money it’s not incredible. Prices are of a 4 star hotel but premises and services do not match the cost.”
