“Polite staff, decent location (close to the metro, with several pizzerias nearby, and the city center is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking), and a balcony. The place is in very poor condition. The walls are cracked and dirty, the floor is tiled, and the sink is literally inside the bedroom. The water in the shower was barely warm. The tap sprays water everywhere One evening the electricity went out in the entire building for about 20 minutes, while everything in the surrounding area was working normally. There is air conditioning, but it’s in very bad shape — I had to leave it running all night at 16°C. At 5 a.m. I woke up because ice was literally falling out of it onto the floor (first time I’ve ever seen that, check the photo). For €100, this was the most basic and problematic stay I’ve had in my life. If you just need a place to sleep for one night, it might be okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.”
