“The only OK aspect was the view. The food was subpar, the staff was rude and unhelpful (especially the cleaning staff) and the hotel was probably one of the dirtest we have ever been to. Hair (human and animal) and other things everywhere in the room and bathroom, stained (or probably actually dirty?) sheets and towels, mold in the bathroom, everything is in desperate need of renovation and disinfection. Due to bad weather we used the ''spa'' (at extra charge, but there were no towels, no glasses, no water, no tea, even the saunas were turned off when we arrived at the agreed time). The ''spa'' was even dirtier than the room. Stains, dead and alive insects (even a dead little lizard) everywhere it was absolutely disgusting, like it hasn't been cleaned ever! If the rain and fog weren't as bad as they were (the road to the hotel is challenging even in good weather) we would leave even if that meant losing money. The departure couldn't come quick enough. Would definitely not recommend!!”
