“Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection. The resort hosted a large group of children staying for the regional sports event, making us unable to rest properly due to the noise from this large group. There is dust on top of the door and shelves. Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained. There's lots of potential in this resort, unfortunately, not enough effort and paying attention to details could have easily made it a 5-star resort. ”
