When we arrived, the room was beautifully prepared, creating a moment we’ll never forget. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, with a special reference to Sose Allushaj, she made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed.
