“We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Conca D'oro and it far exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly located just a short walk from the bustling main centre of Positano. This worked well for us as we found it to be quieter and therefore more relaxing. The steps leading up to the hotel were well worth the extra walk as the views are incredible and when stepping inside the hotel, it felt like a world of calm away from the busy streets below. Positano does have a lot of steps in general and not ideal for those with mobility problems but for us, having to take a few more steps to get up to the property was not a problem, in fact we were grateful for the extra exercise! The views from our room and the restaurant were beautiful and the breakfast was also lovely. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, from the bar and restaurant staff to the reception staff. In particular, the two ladies who were working on reception went above and beyond to help us with organising our transfer and excursion. We were sad to leave but would definitely stay here again if we ever go back.”
