“Good location to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, just 10 minutes walk Everything was bad. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was bad. The service was terrible. No coffee or tea. There were tiny insects in the bed that bit my children's feet and caused infection. There was only one paper towel in the toilet for the whole day for four people. There were not enough blankets for four people to sleep in. And finally, when we left our belongings in the storage area and went to the city to go back to the airport. There was a Power charger in one of the bags that we noticed the hotel employee had taken and put on the table. At first he claimed it wasn't there, but I showed him and he had to give it to me. So I don't recommend this hotel with apartments at all. In a word, it was terrible🕷️🪳🦗🦟🦎👎🏻 There were so many lizards in the hotel yard that my daughter just cried and screamed. It was terrifying, like a nightmare🦎🕷️🐜🦟🦗🪰🪲🐞💩 The lizard was dead in the water. We pulled it out of the water ourselves with a plastic container🤮”
