“Location was decent, close to the beach. Breakfast was good. We got there early so we decided to go to the swimming pool, sadly after asking for towels for the pool we were told that towels were only for guests that stay more then a week. We took this personaly since we paid a good amount of money for one night and werent even given bath towels to dry off after the pool like we werent good enough. Since we got there earlier then expected we called the reception and asked to check-in early, after she told us we could check in an hour earlier we went to the reception about the pool and early check-in, after finding out that we were the ones to call she said to one of the co-workers "it was them i had already told that check-in would be not possible before 14:00" like we werent even standing there, very bad manners. The shower had pubic hairs in it, the ventilation system was clogged with old dust, there was also black mold in the shower. The floors were almost rotting and the curtains had nasty brown stains on them. The minibar had rust coming out of it aswell. The drain was clogged too. Windows and lift shaft were very dirty like the have never been cleaned or washed down. Overall a disappoinment. Id rather go back to Hotel Savoy which was exeptional for the price.”
