“This hotel is truly exceptional. It feels like a dream, with a genuine warmth and family atmosphere that is hard to find. After several weeks of traveling alone, by my second day here I already felt at home. Everyone made a difference , the reception team, the restaurant staff, and every person I interacted with during my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail created such a welcoming environment. The hotel itself is beautiful. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was wonderful to return to such stunning facilities, breathtaking views, and outstanding service. Every detail reflects the care and passion that goes into making guests feel comfortable and valued. One of the most memorable places I have stayed, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended. The only minor downside is the 10-minute uphill walk to reach the hotel. It feels a bit challenging at first, but the spectacular views are absolutely worth it.”
