“Great staff - they tried hard to make sure we were in good hands. We were not able to eat at the pool, even though we bought the meals from the hotel - we were told we had to eat in the designated smoking area... unreal. The manager was not able to assist and my electronic complaint to the Hotel director was met with a fluffy reply. There were other issues like no soap in the basins, no shampoo in one of the rooms and issues with the aircon. This hotel is in transition seemingly - and is only holding it together by a very friendly and willing staff base - the site management are constrained by 'the rules'... my sense is it will improve but we will not be going back.”
