“The hotel is small, cozy, and quiet, while the rooms are very spacious. It is located a mere 3 minute walk from the ski lifts. The exterior and interior both have a beautiful, signature, Tyrol look to it. It's very tidy in the entire building and the rooms are left spotless by the cleaning staff every day. The breakfast included in the room price is simple, filling, and tasty. A cake buffet is available daily, also as part of the price, which makes for a lovely pick me up after a day of skiing/snowboarding. The optional dinner is different each day, delicious, only 35 euros per person, and ranges anywhere from 4-6 courses. There is a beautiful spa area, including multiple saunas, a steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Dolomites. You can even book massages, something I have never witnessed in a 3-star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind in all types of situations. When my group had to depart very early in the morning, before breakfast was being served, they prepared 3 enormous bags for us, filled with sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and water for us to take on the road. They even remembered we had someone who was vegetarian in our group without us mentioning it! It was so, so thoughtful and I genuinely cannot believe this hotel only has 3 stars! Much better than some 5-star hotels I've been to! A tiny bit more light in the rooms and a mini fridge would have been nice, but they are not essential and did not impact out impression of the hotel at all! :))”
