“There is free parking opposite the hotel. The staff member working at breakfast was polite and friendly. However, in my opinion, improving cleanliness at Hotel Flowers should be the number one priority. Although the hotel's facilities are quite adequate, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor level of cleanliness. There was a constant unpleasant smell in the room, and the towels and bed sheets did not appear to be properly clean. The balcony was also very dirty. While this level of cleanliness might be considered acceptable in some parts of the world, it is not acceptable for a tourist-oriented destination in an EU country such as Italy. The beds were also very old and appeared to have been repaired multiple times.”
