“The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean. The location was excellent close to the beach and ideally situated near Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. It was also easy to travel to and from Pisa, La Spezia, and Lucca using public transportation. This is a great place for families. There were plenty of activities for children, a clean and enjoyable pool, and outdoor play areas for the kids. I especially appreciated how welcoming the staff were to my son, making an effort to include him in activities even though he doesn't speak Italian. Their kindness really helped him feel included and enjoy his time there. We still have all of his crafts. The room was a bit outdated and the bed was uncomfortable and quite thin. We also stayed for an extended period, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day with very little variety. Most of the options were sweet, so we ended up going out for breakfast on a few days instead.”
