“The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They happily answered tourist related questions and offered helpful insights and recommendations regarding restaurants and activities. The location could not have been better as the gondola was directly behind the hotel and it was an easy walk across the river on a covered bridge into the village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well appointed. I also appreciated that it was a small, family run accommodation. And, not to go unmentioned - the cappuccinos were excellent.”
