“Setting is magical, stunning sunset views, very quiet at night. Heated pool is a bonus. Rooms are beautifully decorated. The restaurant serves great quality food. The focaccia at breakfast is incredibly tasty. Staff are friendly but are nowhere to be found during the day. It happened many times that we would have liked to order water or coffee or a light snack but we had to wait for an hour before someone appeared, so we could order. The accommodation is in the middle of nowhere, so you rely heavily on the staff providing what you need, so this lack of service was disappointing. The room was not well equipped, there is no kettle or coffee machine, and only a miniature fridge. There is a vending machine for water but you needed to download an app and create an account to buy it, so we gave up, it was so complicated. Hardly anyone speaks any English so you have to be prepared with Google Translate. There is no signage or any information shared about breakfast times, restaurant times, or any info about anything, so communication could be improved all-round. There is only wine on the drinks list, no prosecco, no cocktails or beer or anything else.”
