“Love this hotel in Florence. It's a short walking distance to/from Firenze SMN train station, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The reception lady was very warm and hospitable. While the reception and bag storage are in the ground floor (level 0), the hotel rooms, lounge and breakfast room are in level 2, accessible via a small elevator or stairs. The hotel including the room has high ceiling. Aircon worked well and was cold at times. The room we got was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast buffet was good and satisfying, though waitstaff could be friendlier. The only issue is that the room key / door lock mechanism is quite challenging to use. Overall, this is a great hotel choice in Florence.”
