“Upon arrival, the room conditions were completely unacceptable. There were bugs flying around the room and on the bed, the toilet was would not stop running and was so loud , no hot water , stains on the bed , the list goes on! Not to mention the horrible smell throughout the entire hotel. This created an unsanitary and unsafe environment. In addition, the toilet would not stop running and was making constant noise throughout the room. Upon booking, we went with this hotel due its good reviews but we were falsely advertised. Due to these conditions, we decided not to stay at the hotel and left immediately after checking in. The room was not suitable for accommodation, and we could not reasonably remain there. The management had nothing to say and took no responsibility for anything. Do not book here!!”
